Bushnak Group is a holding Company specializing in water and energy services and is active in the privatization of all related fields. The group helps investors in locating investment opportunities, making techno-feasibility studies, planning, executing and finally operating and maintaining these ventures in partnership with or on behalf of the clients.

1.Dar Al Taqniya Consulting:

Provides detailed engineering design, bid evaluation, efficiencies studies, upgrades and trouble shooting.


2.Water and Environmental Services Company Co. Ltd. (WESCO):

Specializes in plant operation and maintenance, plant upgrade, production optimization, support etc.


3.Advanced Technical Export Import Company Co. Ltd. (ATEICO):

Specializes in the procurement and supply of all water and energy related spares (membranes, valves to generators). It is considered a market leader in the supply of difficult to find parts and emergency spares.

4.Kindasa Water Services Co. Ltd. (KINDASA):

The first private water utility company in Saudi Arabia. It is a bulk supplier of potable and process water to various industries. It currently produces 14,000m3/day from its existing Jeddah operations. An expansion is currently ongoing to raise the total output to 40,000 m3/day by end of 2004.

5.Arabian Saline Water Technology Company Ltd. (BEHAR):
